Designed especially for use at airports and landing fields for aircraft traffic control and area delineation, the WC01 is made of hi-density polyethylene.

The WC01 is a low-profile barricade that is available in two heights - WC01-10: 10”H x 96”L x 10”W and WC01-24: 24”H x 96”L x 14”W. It is FOD free, jet-blast tested, light and compatible with stanchions to create a Type III barricade. WC01-10 weighs 28 lbs. empty; filled to capacity (22.5 gallons) it weighs 260 lbs. WC01-24 weighs 37 lbs. empty; filled to capacity it weights 785 lbs.

The WC01 is stackable and is simple to transport and store. Optional reflective striping is available. Accessory solar-powered flashing warning lights are available.

Signature’s WC02 WaterCade barricade is designed especially for traffic control, traffic delineation, highway construction safety (visual guidance only) and highway area delineation. Made of rugged hi-density polyethylene, the WC02 is a practical, rapidly deployable and economical alternative to expensive concrete road barricades that are difficult to deploy and transport.

The WC02 will work in most traffic and highway conditions and applications. Tested and approved to prevent car rollovers (NCHRP-350), the WC02 can form a vandal-proof interlocking longitudinal wall in nearly any configuration and without additional hardware or parts. When empty the WC02 weighs 44lbs., allowing for manual and rapid deployment by one person. When filled to capacity (89 gallons), the WC02 weighs 760 lbs.

Signature’s WC03 WaterCade barricade is a heavier-duty version of WC02. The WC03 is larger and when filled to capacity is twice as heavy as the WC02.

The WC03 is especially designed for traffic and highway control, safety and area delineation, and can be used to control, direct, channel and stop vehicular traffic for containment and/or safety purposes. It is designed to be a rapidly deployable alternative to cumbersome cement road barriers.

Made of durable and UV-resistant, hi-density polyethylene, the WC03 is 42” H x 72” L and when empty weighs only 125 lbs. allowing for simple transport and rapid manual deployment. When filled to capacity (185 gallons of water), the WC03 weighs in at a hefty 1,666 lbs. Accessory solar-powered flashing warning lights are available.

Add our optional reinforcement system, the WC03 Pipe Kit, for added strength and integrity to the longitudinal wall. The kit’s two longitudinal steel pipes are attached to each barrier individually, through molded channels in both the top and lower sections of the barrier. The pipe assemblies are supported by steel rods. With the use of the WC03 Pipe Kit you will add an additional 100 lbs. per barricade and considerable added strength and impact resistance.

The WC04 water-filled barricade is Signature’s multi-purpose barricade that can be used in a variety of security and general use applications. If your needs are force protection, physical security, crowd control, or recreational use, this is the ideal barricade for you. The WC04 portable barricades are affordable, practical and lightweight (85 lbs. when empty). This “Jersey-style” barricade is made of durable high-impact, UV-resistant polyethylene. When filled to capacity with water or sand the WC04 weighs a super-sturdy 1,600 lbs (197 gallons).The WC04 is simple to transport allowing for quick deployment and recovery. Unlike heavy concrete road barriers the WC04 does not require heavy equipment to install or transport, but it does have fork truck entries so that it can be moved more quickly with a forklift.

This is Signature’s most versatile water-filled barricade. The WC05 is an all-purpose, stackable barricade that will provide affordable and practical traffic control for most general use applications, such as general purpose security, crowd control and area delineation. It also can be used as a traffic control barrier as it is NCHRP-350 and MUTCD compliant.

Made of high-impact, UV-resistant polyethylene, the WC05’s convenient size (36”H x 48”L) can be filled with up to 100 gallons of water for a total ballast of 884 lbs. Create a continuous vandal-proof longitudinal wall with a line of WC05 and our unique U-connectors.
